Another trend that emerged out of the pandemic is alternative packaging. Since glass bottles and closures had become more expensive, wine producers saw opportunities in cans.
This is because cans are considered more environmentally friendly and easier to carry to parties and drink from. Countries that heavily adopted this packaging alternative count the United States and Brazil.
